I would add: blimage.de is a german site, english only speaking persons might have troubles with it. It is visual, gives me a hint what to expect before visiting a photoblog listed. I think it is a great resource.
photoblogs.org is a non-visual directory. It is huge and I personally love it. They were the first to do such a thing.

photoblogdirectory.org tries to combine both: the idea of thumbnail caching and visual listing as well as using english as the sites language, to reach a broader audience.
Additionally it allows visitors to search for images! We are using the very common ideas of tags. So tag-browsing is also available.
